Outbound Customer Sales Advisor

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will make outbound calls and turn conversations into sales with new customers and existing ones. You will focus on high volume cold calling and conversion of leads to closed sales.

Responsibilities

  • Making high volume cold calls to generate leads and close sales
  • Re contracting existing customers, upgrading or renewing their packages to maximise value
  • Confidently handling objections and keeping conversations moving
  • Hitting and exceeding daily and monthly targets
  • Clearly explaining GoFibre products and packages in a simple, engaging way
  • Taking pride in selling with integrity and putting the customer first
  • Being a positive, energetic presence in our office based sales team

Qualifications

  • Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold calling
  • Driven, target focused, and motivated by commission
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection
  • Great communicator who builds rapport quickly
  • Organised with follow ups and CRM updates
  • Team player who brings energy and positivity
