Customer Support Executive – Star Pubs (12 Month FTC)

Salary: £26,000 per annum and above, depending on experience; full list of benefits.

Contract: 12 month fixed term contract.

Closing date: Wednesday 1st July 2026.

About the role

Reporting to the Pub Operations Team Lead, you will support the team of nine by delivering high quality administrative assistance for the Star Pubs estate.

  • Manage key data for the Change of Lessee process using the Lease Management System, including validation and reclaim of liabilities with suppliers and local authorities.
  • Own regional mailboxes, ensuring all responses are handled within the established SLA.
  • Assist with the simplification of the Change of Lessee workflow, identifying and resolving blockers.

Provide first class service to internal and external stakeholders in a fast paced environment.

Who we’re looking for

  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage a heavy workload through effective organisation.
  • Strong communication skills and experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Competent administrator with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable taking action and learning on the job.

Work arrangements

Hybrid model: Tuesdays, Thursdays and one additional day in the office; two home days.
