Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: Cumbernauld
Contract and working pattern: Hybrid, permanent
Rotational shift pattern: Back shift, Early Shift, Night Shift
What we’re looking for
We have an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Operator to join the team in Cumbernauld on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be a key member of the team. Your main responsibilities will include loading and unloading vehicles, picking orders accurately, ensuring stock integrity and maintaining the highest levels of warehouse cleanliness and safety.
As a Warehouse Operator, you will be a confident communicator with competent numeracy skills and must have a clear understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
You must be flexible in your start/finish times to meet business needs and may need reasonable overtime, including weekend work.
What you’ll bring
- Counterbalance/forklift and Aislemaster licence
- Clear understanding of health and safety procedures
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial but not mandatory
- Highly motivated with positive attitude, able to learn and adapt quickly
- Ability to work well in a team
