Sales Development Representative (SDR) Glasgow City Centre Hybrid Working 33-Hour Week Early Friday Finish £30,000-£35,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonuses

  • Working with rich and detailed data
  • Building relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Creating high-quality meetings with senior decision-makers
  • Delivering consultative B2B outreach campaigns on behalf of global tech brands
  • Understanding client propositions and articulating value clearly
  • Managing outreach activity across calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • MaintainingaccurateCRM records and pipeline activity
  • Working collaboratively with campaign managers and clients
  • Contributing ideas, messaging approaches, and campaign improvements

Requirements

Essential

  • PreviousB2B sales, SDR, lead generation, or outbound experience
  • Strong communicationskills – both written and verbal
  • Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with strong personal accountability
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Positive, resilient, and adaptable mindset

Ideal (But Not Essential)

  • Experience within tech, SaaS, or marketing environments
  • ABM or campaign-based sales experience
  • CRM experience
  • Experience booking appointments for senior sales teams
