Blue Arrow HS offers exciting positions for a Sous Chef and Chef de Partie at a busy hotel in the scenic Scottish Countryside, one hour from Glasgow/Edinburgh. Applicants must live on-site during the season from June to October, and are required to have relevant experience and Food Hygiene Level 2.
The pay is £18 per hour for the Sous Chef and £16.25 for the Chef de Partie, with additional benefits including accommodation, meals, and utilities covered for a weekly fee of £70.
