We are looking for someone with experience in a housing association, local authority or similar environment, who is confident managing complex and sensitive situations. You will have experience handling complaints in line with regulatory requirements and delivering fair, transparent and customer focused services.

Strong partnership working skills are essential, with experience collaborating with statutory agencies, voluntary organisations and professional partners to achieve positive outcomes.
