About the role
We’re looking for a motivated Parts Sales Executive to join our TPS team. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and building strong, long term relationships with trade customers.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and maximise revenue opportunities
- Accurately identify and supply parts to meet customer needs
- Promote products and identify upselling opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact
- Deliver expert advice and a high level of customer service
- Handle enquiries, orders, and customer issues professionally
- Work closely with the wider team to meet business goals
About you
- Previous sales or parts/distribution experience (or a fast paced telesales environment)
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Customer focused with a proactive approach to sales
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- A team player with a professional attitude
- Be part of a dynamic, customer focused team
