Support Worker – Motherwell, Wishaw & Bellshill (Drivers only)

What You’ll Do:

  • Support people 1:1 in their homes and local community
  • Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines
  • Encourage social participation and independence
  • Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.
  • This role can involve lone working, with on call support available 24 hours a day.

Experience is not essential- we provide a full induction and ongoing training. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, your empathy, and your commitment to helping others.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure
  • A great listener and communicator
  • Reliable and self motivated
  • Able to build trusting relationships
  • Comfortable working independently

You’ll Need:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Access to your own car
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
