Support Worker – Wishaw (Male only) (Driver only)

- Criteria: Must be able to drive both automatic and manual cars.
What You’ll Do:
- Supporting a person 1:1 in their home
- Provide personal and clinical care
- Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines
- Encourage social participation and independence
- Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected
This role can involve lone working, with on-call support available 24 hours a day.

You’ll Need:
- UK Driving Licence and ability to drive both automatic and manual cars
- Access to your own car would be advantageous
- Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
