Job Overview

An opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team of Support Services staff within the North East Fife catering department based at Stratheden Hospital.

2 posts available – 36 hours and 15 hours. Specify your preferred shift length when applying.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all catering staff.
  • Prepare, produce and present menu items for patients, staff and visitors.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe working environment for the delivery of the catering service.

Qualifications

  • Current Food Hygiene Certificate (essential); Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate desirable.
  • Relevant catering qualifications City and Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 or NVQ Level 3, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working within a large scale catering environment.
  • Member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment.
