Shaping a life well lived, every day

At the heart of great care is a life well lived, and we’d love for you to help shape it. As our Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents-creating experiences, events, and moments that matter. This is more than organising a programme; it’s about bringing thought, creativity and meaning to everyday life.

Your role

  • Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents’ interests, preferences, and lifestyles.
  • Take the time to get to know every resident as an individual, supporting them to take part in experiences they enjoy and encouraging them to explore new opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive environment that shapes everyday life.
  • Build connections within the home and beyond to help enhance the resident experience.
  • Bring fresh ideas, creativity and a sense of curiosity to the role, elevating everyday experiences into something meaningful, social and engaging.

(If you have experience as a Wellbeing Assistant, Activities Coordinator, or event planning and management, we’d love to hear from you).

  • A caring, enthusiastic and kind approach with a genuine interest in older people.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues.
  • Good communication skills and a flexible approach to your work.
  • Energy, creativity and confidence to engage others.
  • A commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Your rewards

You deserve more than the basics. That’s why, alongside 28 days’ annual leave pro rata (including bank holidays), occupational sick pay linked to length of service, and a contributory pension, we’ve created a package to help you thrive:

  • CQC/CI inspection bonus.
  • Health and wellbeing support – including Aviva Digicare+ with virtual GP appointments, plus an Employee Assistance Programme offering medical, financial, and legal advice, as well as short term counselling.
  • Company paid life insurance.
  • Parental leave arrangements and annual leave purchase scheme.
  • Company funded training and ongoing career development opportunities, including our Team Leader Development Programme.
  • Flexible working options and an inclusive culture where everyone belongs, supported by our staff networks including PRISM, Disability, Race Equality and Parent networks.
  • Exclusive retail discounts, Cycle to Work, and salary sacrifice arrangements.

Some rewards are subject to a qualifying period or other criteria – visit our website for more information.
