Overview

The Water Row Company is a subsidiary of the Govan Housing Group, which consists of Govan Housing Association as the parent company and their existing, well-established subsidiary company, the Home Team which carries out repairs and maintenance. Established in 2023, the Water Row Company is responsible for the management of third party provider lets, mid market properties at Water Row; commercial units and student accommodation.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of the Factoring team members including performance and absence management. High levels of customer satisfaction is essential, while meeting key performance indicators and ensuring systems and processes are aligned to maximise efficiencies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a Factoring Department, Property Management Company or Registered Social Landlord Factoring Service and excellent communication, customer service and team working skills. Experience of managing staff, strong IT and organisational skills, ability to produce quarterly billing, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, proactive, motivated approach with minimum supervision.

Salary Range – £48,284 – £49,683
