Debt Recovery / Credit Control Specialist
- Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 per annum
Reed Accountancy are currently working with a close client of ours who are seeking a Debt Recovery Specialist. The successful candidate will be joining a collaborative team and responsible for assisting their credit and debt function.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Maintaining credit control function
- Collecting customer payments
- Monitoring aged debt
- Issuing documentation and managing responses
- Raising court proceedings where necessary
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate billing records
- Processing collections efficiently
- Perform ad hoc duties as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
