Aftersales Manager – VW Clark Commercials

Are you good with people and have a ‘can do’ attitude? This could be the opportunity for you! John Clark Motor Group are seeking a pro active, customer focused Aftersales Manager for our high performing and busy VW Clark Commercials Dealership.

You will lead a team to provide a proactive service to both our retail and business fleet customers, while ensuring that your department achieves profit margins in line with budget forecasts and annual objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• People management and leadership of the Aftersales Team.
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction metrics are hit.
• Hitting monthly KPI’s and budgets.
• Ensuring all vehicle repairs are fully compliant.
• Becoming a commercial product expert well versed with all features of our Volkswagen Commercial range.
• Maximising workshop profit opportunities.
• Achieving customer satisfaction objectives and ensuring that all clients-from local tradespeople to large fleets-are dealt with professionally, adhering to manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.

Required Skills

• Confident relationship builder with teams and customers at all levels.
• Ability to manage the Aftersales Team successfully in a fast paced commercial environment.
• Deliver first class service to achieve company objectives and targets.
• Self motivated, articulate, and professional.

Required Experience

• Previous motor trade experience is essential within similar role (commercial vehicle experience is a plus, but not essential).
• Previous experience within a management role.
• Customer Service facing experience is essential.
