Job Overview
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join their busy and growing team in Dundee. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, confident individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
This role will initially be offered on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent after a successful probation period.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound customer enquiries and speaking with clients over the phone
- Processing and inputting orders using internal systems (e.g. Sage)
- Supporting sales activity and general customer service
- Creating and managing social media content (e.g. Instagram posts)
- General administration duties to support the wider team
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth day to day operations
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a sales, admin or customer service role
- Confident communicator with strong telephone manner
- Experience with social media platforms (particularly Instagram)
- Strong IT skills, ideally with experience using systems such as Sage
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
