The Role: As a Starbucks Supervisor at Burton & Speke, you’ll lead our store, ensuring smooth operations and upholding the high standards of quality and service that Starbucks is known for. You’ll be the heart of the store, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both customers and your team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Become an Expert:Supervise and coach on Starbucks’ beverage and food preparation,sharing your knowledge and expertisewith the team.
  • Lead the Store:Manage operations like cash handling, inventory, and maintaining a clean environment,holding yourself and your team accountable for results.
  • Champion Customer Experience: Resolve issues promptly, create awelcoming and memorable experience for everyone by upholding Starbucks standards.
  • Empower Your Team:Coach and motivate team members to reach their full potential, providingconstructive feedback and ongoing coachingto support their development.
