Job Description

Paramount Personnel is seeking a passionate Junior Sommelier for a luxury hotel in Braemar, Scotland. This role focuses on wine service and ensuring high-end guest experiences.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Sommelier, assisting in wine service, managing the cellar, and sharing wine stories with guests. A WSET Level 2 qualification is preferable. Immediate start available with live-in options.
