Fire Alarm Technician – Houston, TX
Salary: $25 – $35 per hour (DOE) + Overtime + Benefits

The Role:
Install, service, troubleshoot, and commission fire alarm systems across commercial and residential sites
Carry out wiring, device installation, testing, and fault finding in line with NFPA codes and local regulations
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on fire alarm systems
Work closely with project managers, clients, and other engineers to ensure projects are completed efficiently
Ensure all systems are fully operational and compliant
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on site
Requirements:
2+ years of experience working with fire alarm systems
Experience with systems such as Notifier, Edwards, Simplex, Honeywell, Siemens, or similar
Strong knowledge of NFPA 72 and fire safety standards
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
NICET certification is beneficial but not essential
