Class 2 Tipper Driver – Waste Management
Job Description
We are recruiting for a Class 2 Tipper Driver to join a waste management company based in Cumbernauld. This is a hands-on role supporting the safe and efficient movement of waste materials across local sites. The position suits someone reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working in a busy environment.
Your Time at Work
Driving a Class 2 tipper vehicle to transport waste materials to and from sites
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
Ensuring loads are secure, legal and in line with company procedures
Delivering and collecting materials safely and on schedule
Maintaining accurate documentation, including delivery notes and logs
Following all health and safety regulations on-site and on the road
Assisting with basic site duties when required
Our Perfect Worker
Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Previous tipper or waste industry experience preferred
Good knowledge of driving regulations and safety standards
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
Flexible approach to working hours and duties
Key Information and Benefits

Monday to Friday working pattern
6:00am start time
Overtime available after 8 hours
Full-time, ongoing work
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
