Ear Care Practitioner – Inverness

Job Description

We are looking for a Ear Care practitioner to join our Inverness hearing centre three days per week Monday,Thursday and Friday 9am-5pm. Salary: £17,304

Our ECPs will provide a range of services to Hidden Hearing patients. These may include but will not be limited to:

• Wax removal
• Hearing screenings and referral to HAD for testing where appropriate
• Patient service and support
• Accurate assessment of clients to provide the best agreed solution to wax removal needs and subsequent management of ear health.
• Deliver a high standard of customer care in line with HH expectations.
• Comply with professional, legal and company expectations & requirements.
• Maintain full and accurate patient records.

This role is ideally suited to a hearing care assistant, however, full training will be given if the candidate is able to demonstrate the skills necessary to perform the role.

• Experience of patient care and customer service to a high level
• IT skills at a level that enables the use of the company systems and audiometry equipment
• Time and job management abilities to allow a well-planned and structured approach to workload
