Responsibilities

  • Teach cooking classes in Portree (Isle of Skye) and craft menus inspired by Scotland’s western isles, including dishes like Cullen skink and traditional Scottish fare.
  • Partner with Cozymeal to deliver heartfelt culinary experiences while the platform handles marketing, guest logistics and business support.
