Job Description

George Watson’s College seeks a Head of Estates and Facilities in St Andrews to lead strategic initiatives across campus operations. The ideal candidate will oversee a complex estate of 19 buildings and ensure a compliant, safe, and efficient environment.

This role involves managing a budget of around £450k, leading a multi-disciplinary team, and contributing to the School’s sustainability ambitions. The postholder will closely collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team and participate in shaping modern operational practices.
