£22.04 per hour, increasing with length of service and professional development
Expected Hours
37.5hrs/week
Key responsibilities
- Provide high standard nursing care to patients in line with NMC guidelines.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Safely administer medications and treatments.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Offer emotional support and clear communication to patients and families.
- Uphold infection control and safeguarding standards.
About You
- Newly qualified/soon to be qualified Registered Nurse (RNMH) with an active NMC PIN.
- Experience in mental health nursing as part of your placement/qualification.
- Strong assessment, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining excellent patient care.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
