Responsibilities
- Work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to deliver high quality bid proposals and tender solutions.
- Take responsibility for some of the largest quotes and ensure timely delivery.
- Guide, develop and motivate direct reports and wider team to deliver exceptional work in a constructive and enjoyable environment.
- Build efficient pipelines, manage dependencies and support implementation of high quality solutions.
- Develop and implement post launch strategy for projects.
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional services role.
- Expert knowledge of growing accounts at C level and passion for sales growth.
- Strategic thinker with ability to implement and adjust strategies.
- Experience successfully running large scale projects through full life cycle.
- Strong ability to build and manage efficient pipelines and unblock dependencies.
