Responsibilities

  • Lead the day to day operation of one of our branded food service outlets – Greggs, Subway, or Burger King.
  • Ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met and maintained.
  • Support new starters, manage daily routines, and help the team remain confident, capable, and customer focused.
  • Prepare food, manage queues, and solve operational problems to contribute to the team’s success.
  • Work with colleagues to create a positive, efficient working environment.
