About the Role

Leading a category, you will provide world class customer service, and role model our Harrods Values with a can do attitude. You strive to deliver above and beyond for your customers and colleagues every day. You always keep ahead of the game, researching new products before they launch, becoming well versed and ready to share your exceptional product knowledge. You love keeping up to date with the latest beauty trends, especially within your Category space.

As an ambassador across the store for the Harrods Standard, The Beauty of Selling and be a go to person for updated product knowledge and new brand/product launches. With this knowledge, you will be key in sharing trainings with the wider team as well as the in store management team and our buying partners. You will oversee the stock operation for your category, closely collaborating with the operations team to achieve and maintain an accurate stock file at all times.

  • Keeping ahead of the game by researching new products before launch and sharing product knowledge.
  • Managing stock operation for your category, collaborating with operations team to maintain accurate stock file.

Benefits

Salary starting at £30,263 plus commission, a company pension, 22 days’ holiday, birthday off, up to 33% in store discount (including across our restaurants) and a season ticket loan.
