Portree depot, Broom Place IV51 9HL.

Salary & Training

Pay rate during training: £14.60 per hour for 6-8 weeks. After successful completion, annual earnings of £31,886 based on 42 hours per week.

Shift Patterns

Any 5 out of 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete industry leading training and obtain a PCV licence, followed by ongoing CPC training and professional development.
• Drive the fleet safely, smoothly, and with confidence.
• Ensure every passenger has a great journey by delivering top notch customer service.
• Create a welcoming environment where customers feel respected, cared for, and looked after, especially those who rely on us most.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older with a valid UK driving licence and no more than 6 penalty points.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Patient, safe, courteous approach to driving.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a passion for delivering great customer service.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a brilliant team.
