Responsibilities

  • Managing a wide range of pension administration activities, including leavers, data updates, setting up benefits into payment, and responding to member enquiries.
  • Supporting annual scheme events and updates.
  • Performing pension calculations with guidance from your team.
  • Accurately inputting and maintaining pensions data across systems.
  • Delivering work within agreed timescales and maintaining high quality standards.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive continuous improvements in processes and client service.

Qualifications

  • Strong numeracy skills and confidence working in a numbers focused role.
  • Previous experience in pensions administration is desirable, ideally with knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) schemes.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C / 4 or above).
  • Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • A team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand and follow processes and procedures.
