Job Overview

Enterprise Applications Specialist (SAP) – Prestwick, Ayrshire. 37 hours per week (half day Friday). Full time. Salary: £49,000-£53,000. Site based (100%). Travel occasionally required.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a member of the application team supporting enterprise applications, including SAP, overseeing system support, governance and performance.
  • Coordinate system changes and improvements, including requirements capture, testing, implementation and supplier management.
  • Lead or support major application change projects, working with stakeholders to define and deliver system enhancements.
  • Monitor system usage, data integrity, access controls and compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise systems to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise applications within a manufacturing or industrial environment, including SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience leading or coordinating system changes, upgrades or improvement activity within a live business environment.
  • Experience working with third party IT providers or system vendors to deliver system support and development.
  • Competence supporting system governance, data integrity, access control and compliance requirements.
  • Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity.
