Customer Growth Executive – Business Consultancy

Glasgow (City Centre) £25,000 Base + £5,000-£10,000 Commission (Year 1) Office-Based

We’re hiring a Customer Growth Executive to join a growing business consultancy in central Glasgow. The company works closely with small businesses, helping them manage essential services so they can focus on what they do best – running their business.

The Role

This is not cold sales. Instead, you’ll be working with existing customers, building relationships and helping them get the most value from the services available.

  • Speak with existing customers on a daily basis
  • Understand their business needs and challenges
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services
  • Build strong relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
  • Work towards targets in a supportive, high energy environment
