About The Role
We are looking for a Part Time Beauty Consultant to work across Makeup, Skincare, or Fragrance at our Glasgow store. The role focuses on delivering world class customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Provide engaging and personalised customer experiences.
- Apply product knowledge and a “Beauty of Selling” approach to reach sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Replenish inventory as needed.
- Champion our My Beauty rewards scheme.
- Collect, analyse and act on customer feedback survey data.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in retail, hospitality or beauty.
- Experience delivering memorable customer service.
- Dedicated, disciplined and a clear example of excellence within a team.
- Ambitious and driven by sales targets.
- Adhere to high standards of appearance, punctuality and Harrods policies.
