Trainee Bus Driver

Job Description

We are looking for friendly, safety conscious people to join our team as Bus Driver Trainees at our Perth depot. The role offers fully paid training to obtain a PCV licence, with the opportunity to become a permanent qualified bus driver and advance into roles such as Inspector, Controller or Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Complete Stagecoach industry leading training and secure a PCV licence.
• Undertake CPC training and ongoing professional development.
• Drive our fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for all passengers.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Right to work in the UK (minimum 183 days for DVLA requirement).
• Patient, safe and courteous driving approach.
• Positive, friendly attitude and passion for customer service.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
