The Shetland Islands Council & NHS Shetland seeks a Deputy Chief Executive / Director – People & Resources. This pivotal role will focus on strategic leadership while managing finance, human resources, and climate change initiatives.

Candidates must be qualified accountants with a passion for community service, excellent management skills, and the ability to foster relationships across various stakeholders.
