The position can be based in either Inchinnan or Westhill, with hybrid working available. Occasional UK and international travel may be required.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts, including terms, SLAs, and pricing.
  • Manage contracts end to end, covering renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
  • Partner with procurement, commercial, legal and operational teams to align contracts with business goals.
  • Develop commodity strategies to inform sourcing, supplier selection and long term supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor supplier performance and contractual compliance.
  • Resolve contractual issues and support corrective actions.
  • Support contract related audits and reporting.
  • Provide guidance and training on contract management best practise.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating and managing contracts.
  • Solid experience and understanding of ITT.
  • Solid understanding of procurement practices and supplier governance.
  • Good working knowledge of legal terminology and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident user of contract management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline preferred.
  • CIPS qualification desirable but not essential.

Why join us?

  • Early finish on Fridays.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package aligned with experience (Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, Cycle to work scheme, Company Pension etc.).
  • Clear pathways for career development and organisational visibility.
  • Inclusive and supportive culture that values individual contributions.
  • Meaningful work with impact across safety, innovation and global operations.
