Job Description
A genuinely rare opportunity to join the only specialist insolvency and restructuring practice of its kind in Guernsey. This role sits within a leading offshore litigation team and offers hands on exposure to complex, cross border insolvency and restructuring matters from day one.
Ideal for a UK based associate currently working in insolvency, restructuring or commercial litigation who wants high quality work, real responsibility and a clearer route to progression.
The Role:
You will work on a broad mix of contentious and non contentious insolvency matters, including formal appointments, asset recovery and enforcement strategies, often involving multi jurisdictional elements. The role offers regular client contact and the chance to take ownership of matters well beyond what is typical at this level in larger onshore practices.
Candidate Profile
- Commonwealth qualified with 3-5 years’ PQE
- Experience in insolvency, restructuring or commercial litigation
- Strong academics and ambition to develop specialist expertise
- Currently UK-based and seeking a long term offshore move
