Production Operative
Job Description
We are recruiting Production Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, offering long-term opportunities.
Shift Pattern – 3 Shift Rotation
- Dayshift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Backshift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Nightshift: 10:00pm – 6:00am

Pay Rate
- £14.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitoring production lines to maintain output
- Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards
- Working accurately in a fast-paced production environment
Candidate Requirements
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and good timekeeping
- Comfortable working rotating shifts
- Reliable and hardworking
Location Requirement
Due to the site location, there are no public transport links available. Own transport is essential.
