Overview
We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating property transactions and ensuring legal compliance throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Manage conveyancing transactions
- Conduct property searches and investigate titles
- Prepare and review offers, missives, and other legal documents
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents to coordinate transactions
- Provide legal advice on property matters
- Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent IT skills for managing digital documents and databases
- Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and quickly
