The role
You’ll advise employer clients on a broad range of employment matters, including:
- Employment tribunal litigation and pre hearing work
- Employment law and HR advisory support
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and procedures
- Settlement agreements and employee relations issues
- Employment input on corporate and commercial transactionsDelivering training and contributing to business development
About you
This role would suit an Employment Solicitor who:
- Has 2+ years’ PQE in employment law
- Is confident managing their own caseload with support
- Communicates clearly with clients and colleagues
- Is organised, adaptable and commercially aware
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a wider team
