Wage Range – $36.63 – $52.50/hour
Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Princess Court
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you’ll coordinate, implement, and supervise resident centered nursing care in accordance with Ministry standards, CNO guidelines, and our Home’s policies.
Qualifications:
- Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in gerontological nursing an asset
- Post RN education in gerontology preferred
- Computer proficiency an asset
- Clear criminal reference check and TB testing as per Ministry standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily nursing care and staffing
- Supervise and support RPNs and PSWs
- Ensure resident care plans are developed and followed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety protocols
- Advocate for resident rights and holistic care
