Senior Sous Chef – Flagship All Day Dining & Late Night Venue (Edinburgh)
A fantastic opportunity for a trend aware, high turnover-experienced Senior Sous Chef to help open and lead a brand new kitchen within one of Edinburgh’s most exciting flagship hospitality launches.
This is a premium, high volume city destination built around a single, confident food concept – all day dining done properly, with kitchen service from 11am-10pm and a late night hot bakery counter operating until 3am, managed from front of house.
The Details:
- £36,000-£37,000 salary + TRONC
- 45 hour week
- Brand new, purpose built kitchen
We’re looking for a Senior Sous Chef who is plugged into current food trends, understands how modern city venues actually operate, and values systems, consistency and execution as much as creativity. You’ll be aligned with an ownership group that’s ambitious, clear on direction, and focused on building a strong, destination led food identity.
This is a chance to shape a kitchen from day one, within a flagship venue backed by a respected, fast growing operator – with the platform, support and ambition to do something properly.
