What do you bring

Work together as a team, communicate effectively and support each other to accomplish tasks efficiently.



  • Welcome and train new and current team members, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

  • Attend team and company meetings, including daily briefings, to stay informed and aligned.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly, and respectful.

  • Assist customers by providing menu guidance, offering recommendations, and consistently upselling.

  • Adhere to portion guidelines and maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu to ensure a smooth ordering process.

  • Operate tills and systems accurately and efficiently.

  • Keep the restaurant stocked and prepared to avoid disappointing customers.

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, including clearing tables, changing bins, and cleaning floors, counters, and other surfaces.

  • Collaborate with the Kitchen Team to ensure food meets company quality standards.


As an individual you are

A genuine passion for customer service and satisfaction, delivering the highest of standards, working in a busy environment, and working closely with others as part of a team.



  • Previous kitchen and food preparation experience would be great but not essential as full training is provided.
