Senior Quantity Surveyor – Pre-Contract (Infrastructure, NEC4)

Job Description

KBR, Inc is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract) based in Glasgow City Centre. This role requires strong experience in the procurement of infrastructure projects, focusing on NEC4 contracts.

The candidate will develop procurement strategies and manage the tender process, including bid evaluations and supplier negotiations. A hybrid work model is in place with 3 days per week in the office.

Preferred qualifications include MRICS and/or MCIPS, alongside proven experience in major infrastructure projects.
