RNLI is seeking a Senior Station Technician in Kirkwall, Scotland. The role focuses on maintaining the Severn Class All Weather Lifeboat and ensuring smooth operations at the Lifeboat Station. As a leader, you will train volunteers and engage with the community, ensuring readiness for emergencies.

The ideal candidate has an NVQ L4/SVQ L5 in engineering or equivalent experience, with significant skills in marine diesel engines and a strong ability to motivate others. Emergency response and community commitment are essential.
