Responsibilities
- Assisting the Store Leader in the operation of our store.
- Oversee daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained.
- Train, mentor, and develop sales associates to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor team performance against their goals.
- Conduct regular team briefings to communicate objectives, updates, and motivational strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise effectively.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure product displays are organised and appealing.
