Across our venues, we create unforgettable moments that connect visitors from around the world with the flavours and heritage of Scotland.About the teamYou’ll join an ambitious and passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional visitor experiences across our Scotland Brand Homes, creating immersive journeys through whisky, hospitality and culture.About the roleAs Brand Home Lead Guide, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the Brand Home, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional customer service and seamless visitor experiences across tours, tastings, retail and events.Role ResponsibilitiesSupport daily operations across bars, experiences and retail areasEnsure compliance with operational, licensing and safety standardsManage bookings, guest enquiries and Brand Home communicationsCoordinate stock control, cash handling and operational systemsHost VIP experiences, tours and tastings as requiredSupervise Brand Home guides and agency staff, supporting training and schedulingThis role offers the opportunity to develop operational and hospitality expertise while playing a key role in delivering unforgettable visitor experiences across Scotland’s iconic whisky destinations.Experience / skills requiredThis could be the right opportunity for you if you have:Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced hospitality or visitor environmentA customer-first mindset and passion for delivering exceptional experiencesStrong communication and organisational skillsConfidence working across multiple operational areas and systemsA collaborative, resilient and flexible approach to teamworkFlexible Working StatementFlexibility is key to our success.
