About You

We’relooking for someone who:

  • Holds (or is working towards) National 5 English and Maths, or an equivalent qualification or experience.
  • Has a genuine interest in supporting people, with empathy,good communicationskillsand basic digital skills.
  • Can handle sensitive conversations with care, work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Nopreviousworkplace experience isrequired- what matters most is your compassion and willingness to learn.
