Legal Receptionist

We are seeking a professional Legal Receptionist to join our team in a dynamic professional services environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a legal reception role, with a strong understanding of legal jargon and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Answering and directing calls in a professional manner.
- Arranging appointments and managing schedules.
- Sorting, scanning, and assigning mail to the appropriate departments.
- Utilising the case management system to track and manage client information.
- Performing ad hoc office administrative roles as required.
- Ensuring all reception duties are conducted with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Legal Receptionist or in a similar role within a legal environment.
- Strong understanding of legal jargon and terminology.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9-5pm.
