Job Description
Asset Management Officer
Position within Fife Housing Group, 15 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prepare, and continually improve asset management information.
- Manage Stock Condition Survey records ensuring data stays current.
- Assist in identifying delivery models for planned maintenance and contract works.
- Manage contract files and provide general office support.
- Develop and manage action plans from major component replacement programmes.
Qualifications
- Qualification in Asset Management or construction, or comparable experience.
- Knowledge and experience of leading asset management processes.
- Experience managing Stock Condition Survey data.
- Understanding of maintenance delivery models and contract works.
- Ability to develop action plans for major replacement programmes.
Other Requirements
- A valid, in date driving licence.
- Access to a car insured for business use.
