Working Hours:Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- Collaborating with the team to ensure the swift and efficient progression of all conveyancing matters. Managing cases comprehensively from instruction to completion.
- Engaging with our valued clients to understand their needs and manage cases in adherence to service level agreements and best practices.
- Prioritising tasks and optimising work procedures for maximum efficiency.
- Maintaining consistent and transparent communication with clients, colleagues, and external agencies – consistently delivering professional and efficient service.
- Effectively utilising our case management system.
- Computer literacy, with excellent MS office skills.
