Trainee Parts Advisor – Lloyd Ltd Lothians

Full-Time Permanent Competitive Salary + Overtime Training Opportunities

Due to business growth, we’re looking for a Trainee Parts Advisor to join our busy and friendly team at Lloyd Ltd Lothians.

What you’ll be doing:

• Serving parts to both internal & external customers.
• Receiving, correctly identifying and warehousing incoming stock.
• Providing excellent customer service to our customers, whether it be in person, over the phone or via email.
• Gaining hands on experience in customer service and developing strong working relationships.
• Completing all relevant administration to support the department.
• Ensuring best practice housekeeping standards are maintained within the department.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in machinery and a willingness to learn.
• Is enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to work as part of a team.
• Can manage time effectively and work safely under supervision.
• Is IT literate and comfortable learning internal systems.
• Communicates clearly and professionally.

Location

Based at Lloyd Ltd Lothians (34c Whitecraig Road, Whitecraig, Musselburgh, EH21 8NE)

Hours

40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis, with additional overtime available.
